Registration Fee | $125.00 Per Player.

Payment can be made in full or a Payment Plan of two payments is available. Final payment due on July 13, 2024

REGISTRATION ENDS August 1, 2024

 A non-refundable payment processing fee is applied to all registrations.

A refundable $20 Volunteer Fee - per family, is due at registration. The fee is refunded upon completion of volunteer hours at the concession stands or other approved volunteer opportunities.

Sibling discount will automatically apply if registering two or more at the same time.

Age Groups:

Mighty Mites - Must be 5 by July 31, 2024

Termites - Must be 7 by July 31, 2024

Mites - Must be 9 by July 31, 2024

Midgets - Must be 11 by July 31 but cannot be 13 on May 1, 2024.

Season starts the week of July 20. 

In the event of roster space limitations, preference will be given to players on last year's teams.

Please Note: We abide by all Guidelines & Rules set for by the WNC Football board. Most decisions we make are based upon their guidance. Anyone missing Weigh-Ins will not be allowed to participate unless approved by the WNC Football Board.

Please bring to the First Practice: Birth Certificate (must be certified, cannot be a copy), Recent picture of your player & a current sports physical (must be within the past 90 Days).

Players will need: Cleats, socks, squirt water bottle & a practice Jersey. Mouth pieces & chin guards are provided but players can purchase their own. HV provides Game Day Jerseys, pants, helmets & pads. Navy, white & hot pink socks (for October) are encouraged.

We need Volunteers to help with Concessions, Gate, Chain Gang, & Clean Up. This is Mandatory for all Families; we can not provide this experience for your children without your Help. You will receive your Volunteer Refund once you complete your shift. Volunteer Schedule will be out once we have game schedules… Please Sign-Up!
